A pleasing find for us from Les Tourbières de Vendoire, France 2012. Being certain about Gomphus ids isn’t necessarily simple.

- legs are black with yellow lines
- yellow line down entire dorsal side of thorax
- black stripe on thorax side behind metastigma (i.e. above 3rd leg) is forked
