Nehalennia minuta (Tropical Sprite)

“A tiny, slender damselfly”, though I must say that it didn’t look as small as I might have expected. We have a member of this genus in Europe, N. speciosa, where we call them sedgelings, which I am yet to see. It was rewarding to find this American cousin to our European species to somewhat make up for it.
