Perithemis undescribed (Dancing Amberwing)

This one is documented in Dennis Paulson’s Costa Rica book as the Dancing Amberwing (Perithemis undescribed species), so I’m referring to it as Perithemis undescribed here. It is, according to Dennis:

Unmistakable in both sexes by orange wings with narrow to wide brown bands across them, either mid-wing or mid-wing and tip.

It does not, however, yet have a formal binomial/scientific name. It differs from other Amberwing species in having black pterostigmas whereas other Amberwing species have orange to red pterostigmas.
