Austrocnemis splendida (Splendid Longlegs)

The delightfully named Splendid Longlegs, one of three Austrocnemis species in Australia. These are very small damselflies with hind-wings <14mm long but with, as the name implies, very long legs.

On my 2019 Queensland excursion, I saw informatively just one single example of this species and, even more unfortunately, did not get the greatest of pictures, it being as small as it is and somewhat distant. Nonetheless, it serves as a record shot which doers, at least, show how relatively long the legs are.
