I have visited the Netherlands looking for odonata just the once, under the expert guidance of Antoine van der Heijden in August 2022. I was amazed at the diversity and there are more spring species to see so it most definitely merits a repeat visit.
The site at Hilversum was a brief opportunist site visiting friends whilst en route.
