A delightful damselfly with stunning orange markings (in the male) on the head, thorax and dorsal side of the first few abdominal segments. I was a little puzzled by the full frontal view at first but eventually twigged what it was.
We saw these twice on the road to Parque Nacional Palo Verde and at Catarata Llanos del Cortés.
