Several of these Micrathyria (Dasher) species are tricky to distinguish – at least, for me, they are. The “Even-striped” bit in the common name seems to refer to the markings on the side of the thorax but it’s “very similar to Three-striped Dasher (M. didyma)” which I don’t have.
This was my only encounter with this species and I relied upon my colleagues and iNaturalist observations to help me identify it.
