With the white spots on S7 and more smaller spots along the abdomen, this species looks very like one of the Micrathyria (Dasher) species to me – another trap that I fell down.
The “set” in Setwing refers to their sitting with their wings depressed – what we in Europe might refer to as a Dropwing. Sometimes the Micrathyria species sit in a similar fashion, though. However:
No dasher has such a slender abdomen or such blue eyes and most similar dashers have a less complexly striped thorax
… it says here. Hmmm.
